P-sets and system state forecast-recognition

Based on P-sets,the model of generating system state law curve is given.The system P-law curves(p-F(x),pF(x)),the theorems of forecasting system state departure and the theorems of system state indiscernibility are obtained.P-departuredegree(PDDF-,PDDF),which expresses the extent of the system parting from the standard state,and the model of forecasting system state and its application are presented.
