Wang Shu-min · Advanced Technology of Electrical Engineering and Energy · 2006

The distributed power quality monitoring and control systems have many advantages.A distributed network power quality monitoring and control system which shows many merits in cost, reliability and performance is developed based on free software and embedded technology. The system is modularized and can be exchanged and extended easily. The paper presents the design principle and the structure of each functional layer in detail and analyzes some important conception in realtime control systems.RTAI(Real Time Application Interface)which enables uClinux to support hard real-time performance is used to improve the real-time capability for uClinux operation system and to strive for the popularization of uClinux in automation field.
