Information pollution and information anxiety exist in current information system of competition strategy of enterprises.The construction of information is removing useless information through the design of the structure of information space,to make complex information distinct and understandable and to be used in the enterprise strategic decision.The construction of competitive strategic enterprise information process includes the four states of information source,the communications set,information module,information map and the three steps of information collection,information organization,the issue of information.
