Current-Mode Circuits and Their Application

Current-moed circuits have begun to emerge ad an important class of circuits with properties that enable them to rival their voltage-mode counterparts in an analogue signal processing. In this paper, their working principle and terminal characteristic on the current conveyor, current feedbck amplifier, and operational floating conveyor are described. Some opplication circuits are goven. The frequency response anderror sources of CFA are analyzed. By using the technique of active componsation,a very high accuracyCFA can be obtained.
