Consulting System on Flood Control Engineering Information and Flood Caused Engineering Information of the Downstream of Yellow River Based on WebGIS

Based on Internet/Intranet,the lower Yellow River flood control engineering information and flood concerned dangerous situation expert consulting system is developed by the technologies,such as Java,Internet,WebGIS and middleware.Basic frame,logic structure and function configuration of the system,are provided,in addition,key technologies used in this system are investigated.This system has been applied to the practical flood is a successful example of system application in digital flood control.It meets the demands of flood control and flood report in digital flood control,so that it can effectively support flood concerned dangerous situation expert consulting.
