In the paper,a key technology about Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN) research was introduced.Especially,in view of the current problem in the process witch information of public transportation collected and transmited of was discussed,corresponding solutions based on distance measurement in Wireless Sensor Network was introduced.It are of value to engineering application.
