Extracting the Content to be the Filename

The format of a large number of documents is based on Office, Wps and the Text Format file. If the title content is extracted to name the file, it's easy to know what the document concerns by just looking at the name. In this paper, the file is opened with VB, and then the title content is extracted and filtered with some function, in order to make the filename valid, which corrects the irregular file.
