Image Compression System in Telescience

In this paper,combined with advanced IC(image compression) technology,an IC system suitable for telescience environment is introduced.Because of the flexibility and high efficiency of this system,customers can set parameters freely in various applications,which will apply this system to both telescience and other kinds of networks based on ground.
