A Few Words on the Performance Assessment in the Public Security System

The application of performance assessment in public security system aims to improve efficiency and achieve business targets with limited police force.However,some problems in the prevailing assessment system have come to light.In order to solve these problems,there should be scientific and reasonable assessment criteria and intensified supervision,etc.to ensure its success.
