According to the advantages of geographic information system (GIS) and characteristics of customer relationship management (CRM),the architecture and functional module of mine customer relationship management based on G/S are proposed and designed.A mine customer relationship management system (MCRMS) is carried out by Visual Basic and ArcEngine.This system includes many functions such as mine customer information management,customer segmentation and evaluation,product management and market analysis.
