Application in project of cause analysis process for CMMI

This thesis introduced a PAIE(Plan-Analyze-Implement-Evaluate) process framework combining with the CAR process area in CMMI and DMAIC in 6sigma,in order to help the organization implement the cause analysis process.This framework describes the methods and steps clearly in cause analysis process.From the result of the trial in project,the cause analysis process can be accomplished through the framework systematically.At the same time,the problem can be located accurately and quickly and the final effect can be improved.
