Research on Data Backup Technology Based on Storage Area Network

This paper introduces the advantage and disadvantage of data backup from the perspective of data backup system structure.According to the problems exist in backup technology,the solution is that introducing network data management protocol to reduces the network load heavily on network storage area so that business server can be free from the data backup process.It can enhance the performance of the entire backup system.What's more,it analyzes the characteristics of storage area network data back-up technology,existing problems,research hot spot and application situation.
