The information is the objective tendency which the society develops.But our country enterprise's information construction was still at the lower development phase in the whole.The enterprise about the plan,the organization,the implementation and the control informationmanagement aspect generally has the knowledge insufficiently,at the same time the ability is not strong and the effect is not good.Thus,while enterprise about information investment has huge demands,it also displays to urgent need which readouts management project in the science and manages effectively information investment.
