Roughness in Semirings

In this paper,we used the congruence relation to introduce rough sets into semirings.We put forward the concepts of upper and lower approximations of a subset in a semiring,and study properties and give some meaningful results.We also introduce the rough ideal of a semiring and discuss some properties.
