Fractal image compression on wavelet domain and its accomplished EDA design

This thesis firstly expounds the method of the interative fractal image compression within the domain of wavelet transformation. Then, VHDL language is used for implementation of EDA design in view of its fractalmatching algorithm, which solves the problem of long duration of compression caused by searching for fractal matching.
