On Mill's Theory of Individual Rights: Evaluation and Analysis

With the theory of group-self right boundary,Mill highlights the pursuit of individual rights and implementation issues,and emphasizes that society should give enough development space for individual freedom and right. Based on the content and realization of this theory,the problems in practice are analyzed for its value realizing the national governance modernization.
