Design of the Deaf Sign Language Animation Teaching System

In this paper,from the point view of study and fast development of deaf sign language,thus developed as a kind of linguistic, designing the deaf sign language animation teaching system draws the deaf language teaching theory research results,and uses word segmentation and 3D animation technology to achieve the sign language teaching system which integrates translation,teaching and evaluation of training as a whole.
