Optimal Selecting Model of Air Defense Force Battle Disposition Under Uncertain Measuring Conditions

When design air defense optimal selecting scheme, it needs to consider air defense rate, safety rate, damage rate and application difficulty. Therefore, establish optimal model of uncertain measuring. Its process includes multi/single factor uncertain measuring, adoption of believing degree to recognize, sequencing and optimal selection. The example proves that the model is an effective method to solving problems like multi factor, difficulty, and sequence dividing of evaluation space.
