Using Anycast to Improve Qos of Mobile IP's

With the increase in the number of mobile IP, the present Mobile IP technology cannot share effeictively the connections of the mobile host and therefore, cannot guarantee the best quality of service because of the randomness in mobile host's finding of foreign agent and in the registration of foreign agent. This paper designs a new protocol that complete the process of mobile host's agent discovery and registration of foreign agents to raise Mobile IP's QoS effectively.
