The data of house property management software ,which is undirect and is not comparatively related with land ,doesn't realize the integration of graph data and property data of house property. This paper theoretically and practically states GIS techenique synthetical use in real estate market management, radically solves the related independency of house property and land management software, supplies the earthy management for real estate management.
