Recurrent and transience properties of Markov Chains in random environments

The concept of uniformly accessible is introduced into the research filed of Markov chains in random environments,and concepts of recurrence,transience and uniformly transience are given.In this paper,some properties of two states in uniformly accessible condition are discussed.
