Circle locating method based on roundness

A circle locating method based on roundness is introduced.It is only suitable for standard circle when the threshold of roundness equals to 1.We can set appropriate threshod and locate the position of circle simplely when lens and circle surface are non-paralell because of objective reason by using this method rather than Hough transform.Experiment proves that this method is simple and effective,with good tolerance and(robustness.)
