In allusion to the requirements of speediness,intelligence,integration in the aviation in-situ eddy current non-destructive testing(ECNDT),a novel digitally controlled bridge for impedance signal processing of ECNDT sensor is introduced,which is presented from design ideas,theory analysis,bridge structure,methods of realization and performances.In order to testify the availability,a real in-situ eddy current testing experiment on the aeroengine labyrinth disc is carried out at last.
