Characteristic of current probe,transfer impedance,and smooth frequency range was analyzed.The circuit model of current probe was build and the expressions of transfer impedance were induced after analyzing the physical structural model of current probe.According to the circuit model,the influence of coil impedance,terminal resistor,and distributing capacitance on transfer impedance was analyzed.
