Through the analysis of relevant research,this paper refines the key evaluation criterion reflecting the research ability of teachers in university,and builds the evaluation model of research ability of teachers in universities based on rough set and group eigenvalue,which synthetically evaluates the qualitative and quantitative elements in research ability.Through the empirical analysis,the paper fully verifies the science and practicability of the model.
