Research on Effectiveness Analysis Algorithm of Military Information Network Based on Fuzzy AHP

With the quick development of network Centric warfare(NCW),information dominance will be the key factor to win the war,As the foundations of NCW,military information network(MIN) is the guarantee of obtaining information superiority,and it is important to analyze and assess the effectiveness of MIN and its contribution to achieve information superiority.With respect to effectiveness analysis of MIN in which the result is fuzzy number,a modified fuzzy AHP method is brought forward.Firstly the definition of uniformly interval number judgment matrix is given;secondly interval number weight vector is calculated based on interval number eigenvector method.At last,a real number result is derived based on set-valued statistics An example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method.
