Customer Data Integration in CRM Applications

In CRM applications,valid customer data gathering is required.Besides traditional mails,customer data is mainly transported from customers to enterprises through two types of networks: PSTN,which is primarily used to carry real-time voice and fax by circuit switching,and Internet,which is partly used to provide electronic mail and net message service by data packet switching.Supported by CTI technology,application program automation technology and ASP technology,a data gathering platform has been designed and built up based on PCI voice card and other hardwares.By programming,it can be used to receive different types of data from customers.
