This article gives a concise introduction about general scheme to automatic measuring and forecasting system for water and rainfall information of Lechang gorge hydro-junction, and also makes an analysis on system flow of terminal acquisition system, functions of communication software, data publishing inquiry software contents, and five innovations compared with similar products. At present, the system that possesses technological support of WebGIS with independent intellectual property rights has run stably, which has extensive popularization and application prospects.
