The banknote plays an important pole in people's economic affairs.The appearance of fake note disturbs the economy order and does deeply harm for the society.So,it requires the banknote counting machines have new powerful function in distinguishing true note and fake one.It first introduces the characters of new edition of RMB and general technology of distinguishing RMB,then analyses the functions of banknote counting machine in fluorescence,magnetism,infrared and image identifying.This paper also forecasts how to get compositive signals,and gives a simple introduction of some new distinguish technologies,such as,weak-magnetism code,fluorescence bar code,Wsignal.These technologies can do active effect in developing new banknote counting and distinguishing machine.
