Research and Design of Streaming Media Platform Based on SCORM

This paper analyzed the disadvantage of traditional Stream Media Many defects, such as the bad interoperability and reusability, are indicated. Based on the extension of the model in Run-Time Environment defined by SCORM2004, applied SMIL and Stream Media Server technologies, presented an model of SCORM-Compliant Stream Media Platform. These work supply the foundation in order to sharing and applying the Stream Media.
