Legal Responsibility of Academic Periodical in Copyright Viloation

According to General Provisions of the Civil Law and Copyright Law,the principle of taking responsibility in compensation for copyrights violation is that of fault responsibility and of fault deduction,of which,the latter is of importance.What should be noticed is that not to apply wrongly the principle of no fault responsibility in the situation where the principle of fault responsibility or fault deduction should be adapted,which is of serious consequence.
