Study on information openness system: the perspective of global information legislation

In order to set up information openness legal system, the act of government information openness is being enacted in China. Many countries and areas, including international institutes and organizations, have enacted information openness law, and the right of access official information has been an important right. The paper analyzed the global information openness laws and its tendency, then made a detailed expatiation for the basic elements of the information openness law. Finally, some suggestions were put forward for the legislation of information openness act in China.
