Cheat-proof Multisignature Scheme Based on Discrete Logarithm

A multisignature scheme based on discrete logarithm is proposed.The scheme can prevent the participants cheating each other.At the same time,the scheme is suitable for the case that all signers receive the message orderly and decide to sign it or not.
