Study on Dynamic Compensation Method for a Various Piezoelectric Sensor

A new method of compensating the dynamic of piezoelectric sensors which presented can expand the frequency limitation of piezoelectric sensors.According to the device of CCD,we setup a compensating network based on hardware of FIR filter.By making some changes of the clock frequency of operating the CCD,the compensating network can compensate the dynamic property of various piezoelectric sensors,so as to expand their work frequency band.Simulation results indicate that the dynamic performance of piezoelectric sensors is remarkably improved and enhanced using the proposed method.
