Information Erasure and Heat Dissipation in Quantum Memory

Any physical resource is finite.In the future quantum computer,information erasure is necessary for the renewed resources.In this paper,we discuss the relation between information erasure and heat dissipation in quantum memory.We point out that nonreversibility of information erasure will cause heat dissipation.Therefore,capabilityof the future quantum computer will be limited because of the heat dissipation.
