Wireless sensor networks time synchronization based on GPS

DU Kun-kun · Transducer and Microsystem Technologies · 2009

In the wireless sensor networks test system,in order to test the accuracy of the test subjects, the time synchronization is very essential.According to the GPS timing principle,GPS seconds pulse is used to trigger control system and broadcasting signal of synchronization trigger. At the same time the sensor nodes receive the signal to make clock synchronization trigger, clock calibration and test events to trigger by the synchronization acquisition.Through the test verification, the event trigger synchronization error between the sensor nodes is about 1 μs,and is has high reliability, and can be widely used in aviation navigation and so on.
