A Construction of Authentication Codes with Arbitration Using Symplectic Geometry

Authentication codes with arbitration protect against deception from the transmitter and from the receiver as well as those from the opponent.A new construction of authentication codes with arbitration using symplectic geometry is presented.The parameters are computed.Assuming that the encoding rules are chosen according to a uniform probability distribution,the probabilities of successful attacks are also computed.
