RUNOFF SERIAL FORECAST BASED ON ADAPTIVE-NETWORK-BASED FUZZY INFERENCE SYSTEM

The Adaptive-Network-Based Fuzzy Inference System for runoff serial forecast is proposed. The ANFIS architecture predicts a chaotic time serial. The proposed method can sufficiently utilize the normalized evaluation information of time date. Finally,a numerical example shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
