Acquisition of knowledge becomes the bottleneck of the Expert System and the Knowledge Base System. The key of solving this is implementing the method of automatic acquisition of knowledge, i. e. to intelligent acquisition. During the study of Chinese traditional medical cases, this paper is based on the theories of knowledge base system, to explore the implement method of knowledge acquire, and to study the application of Back Propagation ANN.
