Modeling College Teaching Management System with Unified Modeling Language

This paper firstly describes the basic concepts and modeling process of UML,introduces the advantages of modeling with UML.Then the characteristics and functions of College Teaching Management System is discussed.Finally,an example,the management of exam result which appli-es UML into modeling College Teaching Management System is demonstrated,the paper designs use case diagram,class diagram,sequence diagram,activity diagram and deployment diagram.UML can make the communication between uses and developers easier,It also can improve the ef-ficiency of software develop.
