Super-capacitor of Potassium Ions and Strength Support Body

Because of the shortages of charging and discharging rate,capacity and strength,the traditional super-capacitor power could not be used directly as fuze power.To solve the problem,a new kind of super-capacitor based on potassium ions and strength support body was put forward.Potassium ions was added extra in electrode and electrolyte to reduce the overall impedance in charging and discharging,and improved the rapid charging and discharging performance.At the same time this structure could enhance the impact resistance.Tests showed that a single super-capacitor had a capacity greater than 2F.With the simple speedy charging condition, the no-load voltage could be longer than 450s.When discharging current was more than 100mA,the voltage over 2Vcould last 30s.this structure could endure 30000g over-load of Hammering Test.
