With the development of information technology,database system is increasingly applied.Security of database system becomes quite prominent.So the architecture of distributed security database system composed of physical storage facility,storage management facility,query process facility,system management facility and security server facility,is designed,thus realizing the integration of security protection and database system.And this paper also gives the specific implementation of ID authentication,access control and storage encryption.
