Design and Implementation of Intelligent Analysis of Alarm System in Key Areas under Video Surveillance

Against defects of the traditional video surveillance system in tracking moving targets,a new solution proposed have solved large space of occlusion and interference through introducing Kalman filter to Mean shift.Furthermore,the multi-threading technology has been applied to software design successfully.The efficiency and real-time ability of such method were also investigated through the application of this intelligent alarm analysis system.
