Experiments Reformation of Network Courses Based on Data Communication Experiment Platform

Since there is no proper experiment platform for students to conduct experiment on network programming layer by layer for network courses,a data communication experiment platform is designed in this paper.In the platform,STC89C58RD+ single chip is adopted as core processor and its software core is uIP0.9.Based on this platform,top-down network experiment designs are presented in the paper.According to the feedback of undergraduates of 2006 grade in Computer Network course,this platform and design contributes considerably to improving their understanding of TCP/IP system and capability of network programming.
