Analysis of Target and Development Strategy Model of Project Management Information System

Based on the experience of development and application of many project management information systems(PMIS),the paper discusses and analyses characteristics of PMIS, puts forward that the development strategy should adopt the evolutional prototype model, combining with ethodological model which is object-oriented database model(OODBM).
