Application of lookup-server based on Web in long-distance cooperative service

Mechanical equipments’ structure becomes more precise, so the fault diagnosis and maintenance work of equipments has become very complicated. The traditional model of after-sale services can no longer meet the needs of users, so establishment of a new service model-collaborative service model is necessary. Through collaborative services platform, equipment manufacturers and service contractors can examine the information of equipment to provide users with maintenance advice and solutions of troubleshooting in time. Lookup-Server and Device-Server are important parts of collaborative service. Lookup-Server is the entrance into the business from the service platform and provides various services, which mainly contains equipment management, status monitoring and so on.
