Design of management information system of irrigation fields

The techniques of the GIS are introduced to the irrigation fields.This system realizes the combination of the geographical information and the management information.It adopts the mixed B/S and C/S frame and integrate the spatial data management.It provides a new management pattern for the irrigation field.
