Design and implementation of an open experimental management system

Colleges and universities have substantial laboratory resources,these resources satisfied the students' learning needs,especially the multi-disciplinary students,but in the course of implementation,there are some complex management issues.This paper analyzes the basic process of opening experiments,designs and implements an open experiment management system which based on ASP.NET technology.This paper focuses on designation process of this system and the functional modules.
