Discussion on the Functions of Sci-tech Journals in Academic Morality Construction

This paper expounds that strengthening academic morality construction is the social responsibility of scitech journals, analyzes the expression form s and hazards of abnormality of academic morality including plagiarism, multiple contributions with one manuscript, essay-writing service, data fabricating and falsifying, and improper attribution, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures that the sci-tech journals should take.
