Study on Water Resources Information Resources Exploitation and Share

The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the exploitation and utilization of information resources. Combining with the reality of water resources informatization construction work, this article analyses the status of the work, elaborates issues for setting up water resources data centers at all levels, conforming water resources information resources, constructing uniform water resources information management system. Then, main missions for present share of water resources information resources are discussed, and new ideas and method for promoting water resources information resources exploitation and share are put forward.
